Paul Moik (born 2000 in Klagenfurt) is studying law at the University of Vienna. He has been part of the team at Singer Fössl Rechtsanwälte as a legal assistant since July 2023.
His responsibilities primarily include legal research, preparing publications, and drafting blog posts for the firm’s website.
Alongside his studies, he has gained experience as a tutor for the introductory examination and as a research assistant at the Department of Commercial and Business Law. In addition, he volunteers on the management team of the Startup Clinic of the Vienna Law Clinics (VLC).
He is a co-author of several publications. His interests lie particularly in corporate and company law.
