Should there still be a case of payment default or loss of claims from your debtor, we advise and represent you in the collection of debts and enforce your rights.
This initially involves drafting a formal reminder letter out of court and, if necessary, filing a judicial dunning complaint, which ultimately leads to an execution title.
If your debtor is already insolvent, we register your claim with the court and represent you in protecting your rights in the insolvency proceedings.
