Christina Stimmler completed her secondary education at GRG 13 Wenzgasse in 2006. She subsequently began studying law at the University of Vienna. She worked for several years as a legal assistant at a renowned commercial law firm. In addition to typical legal support tasks, her responsibilities included handling eviction proceedings as well as supporting and organising an academic course held in Vienna and Brussels. In 2018, she transferred to the firm’s Receivables Management department.
Her work focused primarily on rent payment and eviction proceedings, as well as on the enforcement of claims of all kinds, including payment order proceedings, lawsuits, enforcement measures, and the filing of claims in insolvency proceedings. Her responsibilities further extended to commercial register and land registry matters as well as fee administration.
Since February 2025, she has been a member of the Receivables Management team at Singer Fössl Rechtsanwälte.
