Portrait: Alexander Singer

Alexander Singer (born in Klosterneuburg – Weidling) has been an attorney since early 2000. Prior to that, he spent eleven years as managing partner of several companies within the ASSA Objektservice group.

Before co-founding his own law firm with Horst Fössl, he worked at Dr. Wolfgang Leitner and Dr. Helmut Platzgummer Rechtsanwälte, followed by seven years at Wolf Theiss, and most recently at Schramm Partner Rechtsanwälte.

For ten years, Alexander Singer served as an examiner at the Vienna Higher Regional Court (Oberlandesgericht Wien) for associate attorneys sitting the Austrian bar examination.

As both an attorney and an entrepreneur, he brings these two perspectives to his daily practice. His areas of focus include corporate law, contract law, litigation, inheritance law, and white-collar crime.

Alexander Singer has served and continues to serve as a member of various supervisory boards and advisory boards, as well as on the boards of several private foundations. He is regarded as a leading expert in shareholder disputes, particularly in providing legal advice, legal coaching, and mediation in conflicts between shareholders and managing directors, in SMEs as well as large companies and corporate groups.

Over the past decade, Alexander Singer’s advisory practice has expanded from purely legal advice to also include strategic business consulting, always with due regard to the applicable legal framework.
