Nicole Laschet completed her apprenticeship as an office administrator at a Viennese law firm in 1999 and remained there until 2015, deepening her expertise in receivables management, debt collection, litigation, enforcement proceedings, and filing claims in insolvency proceedings. She subsequently worked at a renowned commercial law firm in Vienna, where she was responsible for receivables collection as well as land registry and commercial register matters. She joined the team at Singer Fössl Rechtsanwälte in November 2024 and heads the firm’s Receivables Management department.
